Delivery & Pick-Up

Rates for deliveries and pick-ups will be quoted upon request. When our crew arrives to pick-up equipment, it must be on ground level and ready to go. Tables and chairs are to be knocked down, dishes and linens dry, free of food and in their respective containers.

Reservations

Reservations are accepted by phone, fax, e-mail or in person. This guarantees that your order will be held exclusively for you. A 25% deposit is required for all reservations.

Cancellations

Deposits on items cancelled 30 days or more before delivery or customer pick-up date will be refunded in full.  After that date, deleted items will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.  Tents/canopies cancelled within 10 days of the event and items cancelled the day of delivery/customer pick-up date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Cleaning

All items will come cleaned and wrapped. After your event, we ask that the linens be dry and the dishes be rinsed and placed in their containers.
