Delivery & Pick-Up

Rates for deliveries and pick-ups will be quoted upon request. When our crew arrives to pick-up equipment, it must be on ground level and ready to go. Tables and chairs are to be knocked down, dishes and linens dry, free of food and in their respective containers.

Reservations

Reservations are accepted by phone, fax, e-mail or in person. This guarantees that your order will be held exclusively for you. A deposit is required for all reservations.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled 30 days or more before the reservation date will be refunded in full. After that date, the order will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Cleaning

All items will come cleaned and wrapped. After your event, we ask that the linens be dry and the dishes be rinsed and placed in their containers.
