Front Range Event Rental Inventory & Pricing

The normal event rental rate is for a 24-hour period. Weekends are considered one-day party rentals for most items. If you desire to use event party rental items for a longer period, please call our showroom for long-term rates.

Party reservations are accepted by phone, online, email or in person. A party reservation guarantees that your order will be held exclusively for you. Upon reservation, we request a 25% deposit, which can be completed over the phone or in person (Front Range Event Rental accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa). We also accept cash payments.

Front Range Event Rentals is ALWAYS my go-to for all company events. From summer BBQs, corporate events, and holiday parties, they have helped make all of Sandbox Solar's events successful and seamless! I have used them for events of all sizes from 50 people, to our largest 300+ party just last week. Front Range is always right on time with drop of and pickup and SO accommodating to last minute changes (like when a guest list grows from 150-300 a week prior).
