Front Range Event Rental wants to congratulate the newly engaged couples ready to tie the knot in 2016!  You have so much happiness ahead of you.  Amid all of the excitement there will be a lot of decision making and we want to be there to help.

We will be sharing our tricks of the trade over the coming months to make sure that you have the time of your life and everything is taken care of.  To start off, we’ll go over some helpful tips when beginning the planning process.


  1. Ask questions.  Most likely, you’ve never had to plan anything like this.  When you meet with venders, venues, and caterers ask them questions.  Anything you want to know, be sure to get the answer.  Find out the options that they offer, what each package includes and what will be extra, and what you will be expected to provide for them.
  2. Your colors.  Remember that no two blues are the same, so when you decide on the color scheme for your special day, be sure to request swatches for your dress, bridesmaid dresses, and linens (only in the shades that you are considering using- this cuts down on your clutter and fewer options will ease the decision making process).
  3. Your guests.  Think about who will be taking part in your special day.  Figure out who will be attending and what that looks like in terms of your event.  Will there be mostly 20 or 30 somethings dancing the night away?  Or an more of an older crowd?  Will there be a large number of children?  Is it a drinking crowd?  Are your guests coming from out of town?  These are just a few things to think about when determining who will be attending and what type of wedding you will have.
