Tip #1: Start planning EARLY. Holiday parties can come in many different shapes and sizes, from happy couples to merry corporate shindigs. The smartest thing you can do is to get started planning as soon as you are assigned the task. You will have wider variety of venues, dates, caterers, and rental options available to you. This will enable you to create the vision for your event that you truly desire.
